Governance Model
NS Repairs operates informally, following the principles of dynamic governance. Every member begins with equal power on the teams they choose to join. New members are added to teams by the mutual consent of existing members.
Decisions within a team are made by mutual consent unless specifically delegated. Through this same consent, roles and responsibilities are both distributed, and re-evaluated.
Within this framework, participation itself becomes a form of power—to be exercised thoughtfully for the health of the system as a whole.
